Designer Minami from Graphpaper explains / Light Melton Oversized Coat

Regular melton fabric is quite heavy.
Our clothes tend to have a lot of volume, which makes them even heavier.


It's not about being cheap or using thin fabric, but rather finding a material that has a certain thickness while being lightweight and having a good surface feel. This is the fabric we've been searching for and have finally found.

We use hollow yarn, which has air inside, allowing us to create volume while keeping it light, which is one of its material characteristics. This is the fabric we have been consistently using as our standard.


As for the coat's features, if you go inside a building and it gets hot, you can carry it on your back. I think that's really convenient.
This design was inspired by military specifications from the past, and we have adopted it.


You can wear it on your back while wearing it, and by simply removing the sleeves, you can easily put it on and take it off.
