With the concept of "Wearing New York," the brand "OVERCOAT" pursues borderless designs that do not discriminate by size, gender, or age.
At this event, you will be able to view the 2022 Spring/Summer collection, as well as place advance orders for the 2022 Autumn/Winter collection.
Additionally, we will sell pop-up exclusive products, including the dolman sleeve coat, which can be considered the "origin of OVERCOAT," as well as jackets and pants that can also be worn as suits, featuring basic products.
During the event, Takahiro Daimaru (OVERCOAT designer) will be present to provide face-to-face customer service to attendees.

Takahiro Daimaru
Born in Fukuoka Prefecture. After graduating from Bunka Fashion College, he worked as a pattern maker for a leading maison brand in Japan. In 2006, he was scouted by a certain New York brand and moved to the U.S. In 2008, he established the design planning company "oomaru seisakusho 2" in Manhattan, New York. The name is derived from his family's furniture factory, and it was founded with the philosophy of creating a new status in fashion based on manufacturing. The staff is entirely Japanese, continuously promoting the creativity and quality of MADE IN JAPAN to the world. He currently provides planning design, pattern production, and sample sewing services to many creators. He launched the brand "OVERCOAT" in the autumn/winter season of 2015. In 2016, he established "Daimaru Seisakusho 3" in Jingumae, Tokyo.

OVERCOAT
OVERCOAT is a brand that started with the concept of "Wearing New York," founded by designer Takahiro Daimaru. Initially, it was a unisex brand focused solely on coats under the name THE GREATEST OVERCOATS PROJECT by oomaru seisakusho 2. After several seasons, it has now expanded to create total looks including jackets, pants, shirts, and scarves. In New York, "oomaru seisakusho 2" also accommodates custom orders by appointment. The pattern features a unique shoulder line. While being prêt-à-porter, it creates a beautiful silhouette that fits the wearer as if it were haute couture. It proposes borderless designs that do not discriminate by size, gender, or age. The materials are developed in collaboration with manufacturers boasting the highest quality in the world, depending on the season. By reproducing materials that were once used as old uniforms or military uniforms and applying unique post-processing, it continually proposes updated items.
