• Payment Methods

• Shipping Fees

  The shipping fee is a flat rate of 420 yen (tax included) nationwide per package.
  For credit card payments only, shipping is free on purchases of 10,000 yen (excluding tax) or more.

• Delivery

  Products you order will be delivered via Sagawa Express.
  Shipping is limited to within Japan. (Not shipping internationally.)

  Delivery Date Designation

  You may specify a delivery date starting 3 days after the order date.

  Delivery Time Designation

  You may specify a delivery time from the following time slots.
  Morning (8:00-12:00) / 12:00-14:00 / 14:00-16:00 / 16:00-18:00 / 18:00-21:00

  ※Even if you specify a delivery date and time, delays may occur due to traffic conditions, weather, and other factors at the time of delivery.

  Estimated Delivery Times

  Orders placed by 9:30 AM will be shipped the same day.
  Once shipment is complete, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
  Estimated delivery times from the shipping confirmation email are as shown below.
  For detailed delivery times, please check the tracking number included in the shipping confirmation email.

  ※Delivery may be delayed due to road traffic conditions, weather, and other factors.
  ※Shipments are expected to be congested during sale periods. Products will be shipped as soon as they are ready, but delivery may take longer than usual.

• About Points

  When you register as a member and make a purchase on our online store, you earn points based on the product price (excluding tax).

  Accumulated points can be used for future purchases on our online store at a rate of 1pt = 1 yen.
  Usable points range from 1pt to 100,000pt.
  Points expire 1 year after your most recent purchase on our online store.

• Returns

  [If a delivered product is defective or otherwise flawed]
  We will accept returns or exchanges for the same item.
  If you would like to request this, please contact us at info@dicexdice.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
  We will provide instructions on how to return the item for return or exchange.

• Refusal of Delivery

  If you refuse to accept a cash-on-delivery item, a flat damage fee of 2,000 yen will be charged, covering "round-trip shipping costs (actual expenses), cash-on-delivery handling fee, packing material costs, and cancellation fee." Please make payment to the designated account by the deadline stated in the separate email we send you.
  If payment is not made and we determine the case to be malicious, we may send a certificate of content by registered mail and take legal action.
  Any costs incurred in such cases will be borne entirely by the customer.
  Please note that if an item is returned due to refusal of delivery for reasons attributable to the customer, we may decline to do business with that customer in the future.
