(It was) a very tough time during my middle and high school years.
From the perspective of our factory, production was gradually shifting from Japan to overseas, and it was a youthful era when knit production was transitioning to China.
I don't know the details, but observing my parents' vague atmosphere, it was truly a harsh world, and honestly, I thought it would be difficult to take over when I became an adult.
At times, I even thought I didn't want to take over at all.
On the other hand, during the 1990s as a middle and high school student, it was a time when various styles like vintage clothing, streetwear, and imports were mixed together.
Despite that, I really loved clothes and was mixing various styles, and looking back now, I realize I was wearing some pretty strange outfits and buying a lot of things.
I felt like I was trying out various outfits or mixing them up.
Since I was in Yamagata, where information was limited, I might have been devouring magazines and seeking out those things, going to Sendai or doing research.
