At Dice and Dice, we will release a knitwear collection created in collaboration with TOKYO DESIGN STUDIO New Balance (hereafter, TDS) and the Yamagata-based knitwear brand BATONER on Saturday, October 26. The concept of this collection is "Sport Icons Re-Crafted." By incorporating details from iconic sports uniforms, we will re-craft the silhouette of sportswear through BATONER's exceptional quality and craftsmanship. This unique capsule collection merges BATONER's craftsmanship, which values the sensibility of MADE in Japan, with TDS's innovative design and material exploration.

Knitwear crafted from BATONER's signature 7-gauge ribbed knit. The material features a comfort yarn that combines fine, smooth, unshrinkable wool with recycled functional polyester made from recovered PET bottles, characterized by its lightness and a dry touch similar to strong-twisted wool, pursuing modern functionality. Inspired by the details of authentic sweatshirts, it features raglan sleeves and employs fabrics knitted with different structures in the side panels, reinterpreting the elasticity of traditional ribbed knitting with a contemporary athletic mindset. While achieving a comfortable fit, it enhances modern style and adds a refined accent to the silhouette. Additionally, the yellow color is inspired by the color of the Procare Program implemented in the United States in the 1990s (a certification mark from medical professionals and selected footwear dealers), expressing the top priorities of "fit" and "quality" in New Balance footwear manufacturing through apparel production as well.
