The original 13.5oz denim is white ear selvedge denim woven on an old power loom. It features authentic denim specifications such as hidden rivets, bar tacks, and chain stitching. The fade processing is a meticulous craft done by artisans, with each piece processed individually. Due to the nature of the fabric, there is a slight skew. #010 is dyed with sulfur black for both warp and weft, utilizing a new technique that reduces the burden of product washing. #110 features sustainable dyeing that reduces water usage by 40% and chemical usage by 50%. This is a straight silhouette denim based on the 503 model, using selvedge ear on the outer side.
