Made from baby alpaca, it retains the softness of the finest natural fibers while being durable and suitable for everyday use with low irritation. The slightly wider design compared to a classic scarf exudes a modern atmosphere and is perfect for gifts.
Natural Black Baby Alpaca
In the 1960s, when alpaca wool became a global trend, pure white fibers, which are highly versatile for dyeing, began to be used, putting many natural colors at risk of extinction. Today, only 28 colors remain, and among them, the rare black alpaca accounts for less than 0.05% of all alpacas living in the Andes Mountains of Peru.
Baby alpaca is known for its high-quality fibers with a diameter of 22–23 microns (1 micron = 0.001 mm).
Alpaca wool is soft and silky, and it does not contain lanolin, which can cause allergies. Additionally, the unique hollow structure of the hair provides insulation and temperature regulation functions to withstand natural environments.
