A smoky, incense fragrance reminiscent of late nights spent by the fireplace, designed by perfumer Vincent Ricord.
This candle evokes a smoky atmosphere as the birchwood nearly burns out, with bold and lustrous Moroccan rose providing a faint glow, bringing us back to the moment the flame extinguishes. As we talked through the night without sleep, I ask nothing of you as long as the flame flickers brightly. Illuminated by the dying flame, we vow to meet again and love each other. When that promise is broken, only the scent remains.
Message from the perfumer
This fragrance is inspired by the notes of a fireplace filled with the scent of charcoal. Dark and very smoky. The initial idea was to imagine the charcoal burning until it turns to ash, removed from the fire to leave only the essence. It’s charcoal so black that it smells of cherry blossom and rose absolute.
