ATON - NATURAL DYED URAKE OVERSIZED SWEAT SHIRT
This is a staple trainer from ATON, inspired by vintage college sweatshirts sold at university bookstores in Los Angeles in the 1970s. The cuffs are designed with a triangular rib to distribute stress evenly, combining functionality with style. The 'A' mark on the chest is made of flocked material, providing a velvety texture that won't peel off.
This special item is made from jersey knitted in Wakayama with a thick yarn at double the usual density, treated with NATURAL DYE. By knitting at a high density, not only is the durability of the fabric enhanced, but the product dyeing process ensures that it won't shrink even in the dryer. The inner fleece features a three-layer structure: the surface, the back, and the connecting layer in between. This design allows for ample air to be trapped within, significantly improving the stretch of the fabric and making it warmer, creating ATON's original fleece material.

Dyes are created from the flowers, leaves, stems, bark, peels of plants, or minerals using innovative ideas and techniques, dyed with a robust technique that does not use mordants. In traditional plant dyeing, vivid colors may not be achievable, resulting in muted tones or fading. ATON overcomes these issues with a unique Japanese dyeing method, ensuring that the products can be experienced through both the mind and skin, dyed with 'NATURAL DYE'.
